I am going to make a handful of posts over the next few days as there is so much to say. Chiro brought up earlier how many think that this who thing is a scam when that is simply not true. first of all some people said that Doc was going to sell the shares that he tweeted about not too long ago as soon as he received them. This is not true as those shares are restricted shares. restricted shares cannot be sold like common shares can. Also, many say that HRI and other companies are not real companies when in reality anyone can call these companies. the reason that these companies information is not out in plain sight is like doc said at IFAH they were closed to physician network only. this means that they do not need to advertise their info to the public. since they are private companies, their finances are not public knowledge (but there are ways to find info about them...). also in this picture below John Hope Bryant said his wife was a partner at health resources with his father. if HRI is made up, how could she work for them? Under that logic, If Doc is making HRI up, then JHB is lying by saying Chaitra works there. JHB works with too many big name people to be worried about scamming shareholders of a penny stock for money especially when he gave 2.5 million dollars back to his employees. Also if doc truly was scamming shareholders JHB would not be involved to protect his name. JHB Atlanta based company Promise Homes which he co owns with billionaire tony ressler btw, only follows 33 accounts on twitter and Doc is one of them, look it up. ive said before that i believe we have a deal with promise homes for our permanent housing but thats another whole thread for another day. Would JHB and Tony ressler want their company associated with a scammer? and why would they follow Doc if there was nothing happening behind the scenes. people often bring up why aren't their HRI employees on linkedin. well for starters i believe hri and others contract employees out just like univec did many years ago. in univecs filings from years back it said univec contracted employees so it would make sense that his other companies did the same. the one company roll up doc talked about years ago is called wellness healthcare. anyone can call wellness healthcare as well. but not too long ago instead of saying univec inc, doc said wellness healthcare in a comment on linked in (other picture) doc saying wellness healthcare instead of univec makes me think this are progressing in the roll up. in my opinion i believe that each company (HRI, wellness RX, Wellness Telemed) as well as others all had to be separately audited before the roll up which can take the better part of a year. then univec can focus on acquiring or merging with one entity. Also, things are bigger now than they ever were before. we have to wait longer, but will get a bigger company. for example, doc said we are gonna have univec metaverse, when the metaverse wasnt even really mainstream in 2019. since doc started tweeting a few years back he has explored new business ventures that werent around in 2019, which adds to our wait, but will give us a bigger company. Ill go deeper on JHB and metaverse as well as other topics tommorow, but this is a start. sorry for typos as i typed this out on my phone. but with everything i know this is 100 percent happening we just have to wait. doc is well respected among his peers and some may not know that Dr. Dalton even opened up a homeless shelter in coordination with the state of maryland a few years ago. this gives us connections with the state of maryland, but more importantly shows what kind of person david is. if he will give his time to open a homeless shelter around baltimore, he cares enough about us to follow through. he thinks of true longs as family. there is much more i want to talk about but it will take days to type. 1463131653_Screenshot_20220310-213722_Chrome.jpg
