About the timing of PRs I am more and more convinced that the best strategy is to be as random as possible, so that you are unpredictable and players have a harder time to anticipate what you’ll do
I read recently that ancient armies who would choose the date of an attack based on the behavior of some animal or by tossing dices were doing just that. Stochastic strategy, baby ^^
