This is a new president..for him to present himself as vanilla ice cream will not work...He will come out of the gate snorting...because hedge funds and institutional investors will be watching..and he needs their participation...IFFF there is an agreement in place already or close...he will telegraph it... but remain neutral/stoic to its effect.
