Liable for fraud, not frauds (plural). You’re purposely lying because you fell for the carrot the SEC dangled with the 14 charges you now claim were 19, but the Judge didn’t get the memo.
Micah was charged with 12 counts and was found liable on Count 6.
The PR you love to cite is government propaganda and doesn’t even say what you claim.
Did you expect them to say they failed to convince the jury of their conspiracy and PR that?
