Yes a very good sign for QMC stockholders.
It certainly does appear as if Amtron is finally trying to get Tech City off the ground.
Probably the reason Dr. George Anthony Balchin stated that "it is our intention to complete the facility"
Will it happen time will tell, but it is nice to know it remains a possibility and still part of Amtron/s master plan..
