The response from Dr. Balchin was on Jan.27, 2022 and this flood happen in June, 2022. It is apparent from the article that the flood affected Guwahati but I have no idea how it impacted the construction involving Amtronics. It certainly could have been another set back.

With the rivers relativity close, it doesn't seem like the perfect site to build anything. However, India is a tough country with hard working dedicated people who just keep on truckin. I have never been to Assam/Guwahati but I have been in the western part of the Country and as close as Kolkata. But India is India they are not to be counted out. Sorry, I know between Ted's post and this post, there's not much good news.
