Since I don't invest your money it really doesn't matter to be what you believe.
A Fortune 238 company is real.
The subsidiary of that Fortune 238 company is real.
The subsidiary of that Fortune 238 company picking SNPW to be their main distributor for North America, South America, Australia and South Africia is real.
IST solar panels are real.
IST presently selling their solar panels to customers in the US is real.
SNPW selling rebranded IST solar panels is real.
Personally I prefer believing Real Entities (FoxEss and IST) over Fake Named individuals, but hey that is just me.
One thing about snakes they will turn on you in an instant and as far as bears they will chase you up the wrong tree.
