Scammer tried putting the 10M .0008 back up at .0009 - making 24.5M total - but then removed when he was warned that his activities are now being recorded and that his shares will be taken at just the wrong time.
His blatant attempts at price manipulation - where order placement and cancellation times can easily be found by the brokers - make him liable to be the subject of a report to the SEC.
