Steve has to use company assets inorder to complete deals! Can't use personal money, has to be legit!
here a response a week or so ago! We have company assets too,called stock shares! Same difference!
I have cost I need to cover to close this deal so I am taking my own stock and selling some and then giving it to the company to pay for the paperwork. Btw I have not taken a dime in 7 years and paid all the bills out of my pocket.

What it is not gonna cost anything aquire punch, yeah,right! Last , there are alot of cost to go forward and Etc. plus make it legit! Pay for rights, logo's, patents, trademarks, Attorney fees for transactions, to make sure all legal and Etc.
