The real money will happens probably around 18 months from now when the facility is fully operational, Foxess US marketing is in full swing and the Medrecycler appeal will be behind them.
FoxEss is run by son of a Fortune 238 company CEO, it is only in the infancy stages of bringing their products to the US market.
They have a long term business plan in place to establish themselves as a major WORLD player in the solar battery market.
FoxEss partnered with SNPW in November 2021, didn't award SNPW a certificate of authorization of Major Distributor Agreement until May 22 and FoxESS didn't come to inspect SNPW til July 22, a plan out building of a distributorship.
FoxEss has yet to even start its marketing campaign in the US
With basically an unlimited advertising budget, WE ALL KNOW THE FOXESS ADVERTISING BLITZ WILL BE COMING, and when it does it will direct people to SUN PACIFIC POWER.
IST, based on the import records we know that IST already has a good size customer base in the US.
SNPW are selling rebranded IST panels. It would make no financial sense for IST to compete in the US selling Indonesia made panels with the added cost of shipping and tariffs against SNPW rebranded IST panels made in the US with out those added cost.
It would be in the best financial interest of IST to turn over those US customers to SNPW.
Medrecycler, Medrecycler is in limbo until the appeal is settled one way or the other, It apparent that the investor that backed Medrecyler-RI has a RI or bust mind set.
Presently, the company does not have the resources to launch a mobile version of Medrecycler or relocate to Medrecycler friendly state.
Medrecycler should be quiet for awhile, at least until the outcome of the appeal is known.
If they win, Medrecycler-RI continues if they lose most likely legal action will follow.
Of course this could all change if funding is found for a Medrecycler in a Medrecycler friendly state.
Personally I don't expect that happening for awhile as the company is now concentrated on FoxEss and building the US solar panel manufacturing.
A FEW WILD CARDS REMAIN that could spike the stock short term.
These include breaking ground in Durango, a project NAMED in Australia and/or the fulfillment of the Tallahassee contract.
This is no longer a stand alone insolvent penny stock, this the a company with the backing of FoxEss and IST.
