There is only one way that Solterra is a wholly-owned subsidty of QMC, and that's if QMC owns all the Solterra stock which is what happened when Hague stock was exchanged for Solterra stock and then Hague was subsequently renamed QMC.
The uneducated and uninformed who don't understand this can pity party with the disingenuous who pretend it's not so, but it is absolutely, undeniably how the world works.
If I'm wrong, please explain how one company owns another without owning it's stock. It's not the rainbow unicorns like the QMC promoters so often invoke.
