Patrol Chief Testifies Border Crisis is All Biden’s Fault
Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz testified under oath, in a late July deposition, that border policies established by Joe Biden are to blame for the whole crisis. What Fox describes as “the unprecedented surge at the border and release of hundreds of thousands into the interior of the country” is all Joe’s fault.

Immigrants are told by everyone on the left that there are “no consequences” for illegally entering America. They don’t have to be told because they can see it for themselves. They simply follow the migrant in front of them. Through the river, across the border and line up for the Customs and Border Patrol agents.
From there on in, it’s all been streamlined. Air conditioned vans transport the invaders to processing centers. They’re fed, clothed, given medical care, then released into the wild. Some of them get a free bus ride to a sanctuary city closer to their final destination.
Fox got their hands on a copy of the Ortiz video deposition. It was recorded July 28 as “part of discovery in a lawsuit by Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody against the Department of Homeland Security and other border agencies.”
The border patrol chief testified he has “more than 31 years of experience in law enforcement.” He’s seen it all by now.
Border Patrol agents are convinced that the reason for a flood of invaders is simply because there are “no consequences.” In his extensive experience, “we have seen increases when there are no consequences.”
He further explained that there “is an assumption that if migrant populations are told that there is a potential that they may be released, that, yes, you can see increases.”
The numbers really exploded after Imperial Leader Joe Biden usurped office.
The interrogating attorney waved a document in his face and asked “does this document indicate that aliens illegally entering the United States perceive that they will be able to enter and remain in the United States?” The document was a Biden policy decision. “Yes,” the patrol chief swore under penalty of perjury.
Fox explains that the document “was a spring 2021 memo that disclosed Biden’s immigration policies, in part, fueled the migrant surge at the border.” Ms. Moody had already disclosed that border patrol record publicly in April. The report listed “perceptions of favorable U.S. immigration policies” as “one of the reasons” migrants have given for surging to the border.
Other reasons included “pursuit of economic and educational opportunities.” Let’s Go Brandon! There are rumors that Donald Trump is exploring the possibility of establishing a formal “government in exile” now that we know how weaponized the Just Us Department really is.
The lawsuit which the Border Patrol Chief was being quizzed for uses that memo as evidence, along with “the Biden administration’s November 2021 ‘Alternatives to Detention‘ document, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection memo detailing the Biden administration’s implementation of program for migrants coming across the southern border.”
It’s crystal clear to Plaintiffs that “the agencies under Biden’s direction are failing to follow established federal law, the Immigration and Nationality Act, that requires officials to detain illegal aliens at the border until they are sent back to their country of citizenship.” If we don’t have law we have anarchy.
