I outlined in the post linked below the safety issues in the RTF. They consist of data in inappropriate format, data not being linked and lack of analysis. All of which can be fixed by another CRO.

The one thing they may have to obtain if not gathered by Amarex would be patient narratives as it relates to safety issues. Those narratives would be noted in the doctors reports. The new CRO can go back to those study sites and gather those.
