"Solterra was acquired by Hague Corp. in November 2008, pursuant to a merger transaction wherein the shareholders of Solterra exchanged their shares of common stock in Solterra for shares of common stock in Hague Corp.,"
Solterra gave up it stock for Hague Corp.(now QMC) stock, not the other way around.
