You also have a problem interpreting what you read but don't understand.

Just because Solterra exits the bankruptcy as a going concern doesn't guarantee that QMC will continue to be a shareholder, much less the only shareholder. It also doesn't guarantee that even if QMC still owns some or all of the Solterra equity that Solterra will exit the bankruptcy with all it's assets.

Of course if the company communicated with it's shareholders (real communication, not the made up communication the spam hypsters try to use to excuse their silence) we might have some idea how things will work out.
