AITX News: AITX's Subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices' ROSA 3.0 Named Product of the Year by Security Today Magazine
September 7, 2022 (Globe Newswire)

EQNX::TICKER_START (Other OTC:AITX),(OTC US:AITX), EQNX::TICKER_END Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (OTCPK:AITX), along with its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) today announced that ROSA 3.0 has been named a recipient of the Product of the Year Award by Security Today magazine.

The Security Today New Product of the Year Award honors the outstanding product development achievements of security equipment manufacturers whose products are considered to be particularly noteworthy in their ability to improve security. ROSA 3.0 was named Product of the Year in the Autonomous Response Surveillance category.

"ROSA 3.0 continues to light up and impress the security industry and ultimately the end users that are employing its performance and great value," said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX and RAD. "We are honored that ROSA is the recipient of yet another industry award and delighted that Security Today has recognized just how revolutionary a solution ROSA is. I expect that what we've recently done with ROSA by announcing the RIO solar-powered tower will further invite greater recognition, interest, and deployment opportunities."

RAD will formally introduce RIO at GSX (Global Security Exchange) to be held in Atlanta September 12-14. RAD is exhibiting at GSX in booth 1650.

RAD's parent company AITX has filed for uplisting to the OTCQB. Future announcements will be made regarding the status of the OTCQB application. AITX also expects to publish its comprehensive 10-Q Quarterly Report by October 15, 2022.

ROSA is a multiple award-winning, compact, self-contained, portable, security and communication solution that can be deployed in about 15 minutes. Like other RAD solutions, it only requires power as it includes all necessary communications hardware. ROSA's AI-driven security analytics include human, firearm, vehicle detection, license plate recognition, responsive digital signage and audio messaging, and complete integration with RAD's software suite notification and autonomous response library. Two-way communication is optimized for cellular, including live video from ROSA's dual high-resolution, full-color, always-on cameras. RAD has published two Case Studies detailing how ROSA has helped eliminate instances of theft, trespassing and loitering at car rental locations and construction sites across the country.

Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) is a high-tech start-up that delivers robotics and artificial intelligence-based solutions that empower organizations to gain new insight, solve complex security challenges, and fuel new business ideas at reduced costs. RAD developed its advanced security robot technology from the ground up including circuit board design, and base code development. This allows RAD to have complete control over all design elements, performance, quality, and the user's experience of all security robots whether SCOT, ROSA, Wally, Wally HSO, AVA, ROAMEO, CASSIE, RIO, or RAD Light My Way.
