Under the agreement, the cybersecurity company with headquarters in Providencia, Chile, and U.S. offices in Tampa, Florida, became a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerberus Sentinel. NLT Secure provides a broad range of security solutions and managed services to organizations throughout South America.
