ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., [b][color=blue]Feb. 25, 2013[/color][/b] /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Southern Products (OTCBB: SNPD), a manufacturer of "Assembled in the USA" flat-panel televisions announced today that it has appointed Mr. James Chow as its new Director of Asian Operations.
"The appointment of Mr. Chow signals our reemergence into the television marketplace this year. Mr. Chow's expertise and involvement in the management and coordination of production of flat panel televisions in China will provide us with the missing element we need to obtain and maintain the pipeline and quality of our line of flat panel televisions," said Edward Meadows, Southern Products, Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Chow worked as an international marketing consultant for Konka Group in China from 2003 through 2007 when he was engaged by Westinghouse Digital Electric Co. to handle its RMA processing, refurbishing televisions and the development of its international markets.
