The point was to hammer home that just about every GOP Twitter head was tweeting about the lunacy of Trump. Whether you like the truth of what they said or not is irrelevant. Turning around and shoving their heads up his ass afterward is just the pleasant side effect of knowing what cowards they are. Instead of standing up for principle and backing their brave words, they gave in their man cards, tucked their balls between their legs and drew a yellow stripe down their backs. Sort of like most MAGA loons.
