So the anti-counterfeiting technology development continues by QMC.
So why would Pasaca Capital drop QMC just because they weren't filing paperwork with the SEC if all the assets they wanted to own are still intact and growing within QMC?
Especially since QMC weren't filing that same paperwork before they decided to buy 51%.
