The hijacked patent and Patterson's attempt to use that to extort an extravagant amount of money from Cytodyn was all his doing and that started before the 13d was formed. If I remember correctly Chet's talk of trying to foist IncellDX on Cytodyn goes back a couple of years. It's more likely Patterson's group initiated the 13d than Rosenbaum.
