The listing by the 13d of the people who invested in IncellDX were only those who also gave money to the 13d. There were probably others who did not give money to the 13d who were conned into that deal.

Patterson's big push to have a network of doctors use his test before it was approved was likely to use that money to pay back the investors. I have my doubts on whether all investors are fully paid back yet.
