Biden GUILTY… He Broke the Law!

Joe Biden just did a no-no.
Biden headed to PA to give a policy speech.
He quickly turned the event into a campaign rally.
As president, he can do that with impunity, as many presidents before him have done.
The problem lies in the entertainment.
They Cannot Play There
Biden took the Marine Band to PA to play for the crowd.
Not a big deal, unless Biden turns the event into a political rally, which he did.
Service members are not legally allowed to attend political rallies in uniform.
Biden, during his speech, stated, “Presumptuous of me to say that. But think about doing me a favor.
“Please, please elect the attorney general to the Senate. Elect that big ol’ boy to be governor.”
Those four lines make it a campaign rally, so, technically, every Marine in the band could be brought up on charges. thanks to Joe Biden being the one to violate the policy .
The band members were not happy about this, with a source telling Fox News, “I was unaware active-duty service members can wear the uniform at political rallies.
“Ask Defense Secretary [Lloyd] Austin if there is an exception to that regulation for Democrat campaign events.
“Anyone with eyes to see knows that the Marine Corps just gave an in-kind contribution to Pennsylvania Democrats before the midterm elections.
“And they’ll do so again on Thursday in Philadelphia.”
The Department of Defense and the Marine Band have not responded to requests for comments on this matter.
