Competition flooding the market slow & steady W

While some companies begging for money, to try and get something going, the rest of the solar product players in the industry are ramping up and expanding. It's called late to the party and empty-handed. Paying the price for lack of execution for years is no fun for shareholders.
Funding doesn't seem to matter since other projects with supposed funding have never gone anywhere.
IDN is no serious player in the solar panel manufacturing market. Being in Asia may have some negative effects, on their business, with all of the focus on U.S. incentives with the Clean Energy Act and DPA signings this summer.
Maybe, stop the dreaming about a solar panel manufacturer being anything but a small fish in a huge pond. Small numbers from four buyers. ZERO shipments going to Sun Pacific Power.
