What has changed with UNVC?
Yesterday Doc converted $1.7 million in debt that he could never collect on into an unspecified number of shares. No cash out of his pocket
This arrested the decline in the stock since Doc had previously failed to demonstrate any ongoing business at UNVC and the existence of HRI.

The same crew that has been enthralled by a company with no operations and the prospect of a merger with a company that doesnt exist.
So has anything really changed? Sure looks like the same old same old. Doc tweets, the faithful get excited, November comes and we find it was all just smoke and mirrors.
The "why would Doc convert the debt to shares if he didn't believe" gets thrown around. The answer: The debt has existed for 20 years. How was it ever going to be repaid? Doc still has $10 million more debt owed to him. Never to be repaid. All just monopoly money.
He got 1 billion shares for $11,000 last time. Expect at least another billion shares for him this time.
