It is a puzzle. I have not encountered OTCBB before. It is the case that you can find sources where QMC is listed on OTCBB, and another place where OTCBB is identified as a place for brokers to trade. I personally have no idea. To assert that it "trades" is a reach. But technically in the narrowest sense I suppose there is truth to it.

There are other places where you can see the same thing. The description talks about accomplishments in the present tense. But if you read it closely, they are all accomplishments in creating a "foundation". Whether it equates to actual sales and products we don't know. Same with Solterra. Technically companies resort to Chapter 11 if their future value and potential is more valuable than the benefits of liquidation. There has got to be something going on for them to talk about Solterra in these glowing terms, or even to mention it.
At least a couple people on this board will say I am delusional, but I much prefer to see the glass half full than to give up and descend into a bottomless pit of darkness. To me that is the easy path. I want to see the positive, and there is actually plenty to support such a view.
Given the care by which this description was crafted, probably the OTCBB reference is not a mistake or oversight. I imagine they are trying to put the best face on something they are not ready to share with us, while staying within the bounds of what is strictly true. None of us here will like that, we've waited too long and want more. I personally think it would have been better to leave it out. But since you asked, this is one way to look at what they did. I know from experience, Ted, that you are reality-based and always deal in facts. If you ask a question or raise an issue it is legitimate.
