I doubt OTC knows why and they would just be guessing as we do. It is very interesting though. My guess it could be connected to Doc's message and I hope it is, as that could be very telling and give us more to have fun speculating about, lol.
Could we be getting close to Doc ending all the speculation, your guess is as good as mine, I thought this was going to launch a long time ago, LOL.
