How is it allegedly the case that RFMK cannot submit an audited 10K filing via the SEC EDGAR system?!

Nonsense. Please back up your claims with sources/links/proof citing SEC regulations so we can all believe what you claim to be fact. I seriously doubt your claims are based in truth because the reality is that there exists no legal framework which would or could block RFMK the company from filing an audited 10K with the SEC via EDGAR. Please prove me wrong and provide proof to your claims. I will save you the trouble, you cannot, because you do not know what you are talking about and nor do any of the zombie ants marching along the bubblicious doctrinated "DD" spread around on other boards, substituting real "DD" with mere links to other nonsense posts by others who do not know what they are talking about. The fact remains that RFMK can and will submit an audited 10K filing to the SEC via EDGAR at any time and then pursue registration with the SEC and getting uplisted via a 211 to FINRA using those current and audited financials in the 10K as a reference. Something tells me we have been over this territory before though no doubt I think it is likely I will see a meaningless pithy comeback of a response to this post albeit with zero evidence to prove your argument is true.
