What ever is actually going on here will be clear soon, IMO. I look at it this way, the more shares my CEO owns the more reasons he has to see Univec, Inc. share price rise, the higher the price the better we both are. Doc owns over half the Univec outstanding stock, I personally like that, we have the same interest in Univec going up in price.
