IMO, Doc has to report a purchase or sale within 2 days, on a form 4.
I am no attorney but that may only apply to purchases in the open market. Do the math, $1.7 million at the last 2 days of prices is 200 million shares, plus or minus. We have not done but 2 to 4 million shares in volume. This leads me to believe it was a private transaction, IMO, that is why "the attorney opinion" to follow.
So, IN MY OPINION, he bought out a large shareholder. It may have been on a preset date, no matter the price, probably an average over a number of days. Even at an average over the last 30 days it is a large number of shares Doc bought.
IMO, we should know soon, but this IMO is very positive for the stock.
