It obviously wasn't an open market purchase
As that is near 200 million shares and nowhere near that much has traded in the past week. And you don't announce a buy before you buy on the open market.
We'll ultimately find that UNVC gave him those shares in return for a small amount of debt that is owed to him. NO cash out of pocket. No benefit to UNVC shareholders except for the pump value today
