You never want a land slide victory in a vote like

This isn’t necessarily a good thing. You want some opposition always to let them have some fear. They basically will not ask for everything and feel like they need to justify expenses to us the shareholders. It’s nice when they feel they have to sell a plan or direction not just throw around our dilution at our expense.
Don’t get me wrong… I wanted the increased share dilution to pass because we most certainly needed shares to convert to money to pay our expenses. It’s ok if management sweats a little. They didn’t sweat this one. Maybe next time I vote my share as a no vote. Just for the heck of it to have a motivated management… or maybe I just vote yes and hope they feel the need to please us anyway with a path of direction and reasons we need to vote for the share increase…wouldn’t that be a novel idea for a company to do?
