Agreed. Another question I have is, what led Rauber to believe that he needed a COO for this company at this stage of the companies Developement. This hiring was solely Raubers responsibility. What exactly was the thought process that led the new CEO to feel that he needed to bring a close friend from RKT into this position and tie the yet to be CFP company to a $300,000 plus compensation package. Was the an absolutely necessary hire, or pure cronyism and opportunism by the CEO?
