To think, or not to think, that is the question. W

Sometimes you get lucky like this gem posted on the o.b. by poster 'G.S.Ok' << "one of the largest ortho clinics in Ohio/country" with only 70,000 procedures in 50 years >> (???????). Only? And this is a bad thing as in 'not enough' procedures??? So, here is the 1st 'thinking' exercise. When they started out they probably did not have many patients or surgeries so the total number is backloaded to more recent years. Still, 50 yrs in business and they picked us. Notice they did not pick TENS even tho they had every opportunity to do so. Maybe instead of G.S.Ok, it should be 'Get.a.clue.Ok?' Bashturds, gotta luv 'em. He/she/it/reptile is one of many. What a scummy, pathetic way to conduct your life.
Take the average of 50 into 70,000 - 1,400 per year, which is over 4 per day (6 day week). 1,400 times $10 profit per RRx device is $14,000 profit annually from one (1) clinic w/ one (1) device per patient/case. Now, by 50 states, it is $700,000. Maybe 2 per state or 2 per patient/case ... And now add in Europe and Asia. KT Tape, DonJoy, SAI, STADA, Mexico, Spain, etc.
Again, from the o.b. (a treasure trove of lunacy) there seems to be confusion over the concept of a signed contract and even greater confusion of the consequences of an officer (& CEO & Chairman of the Board) all participating in a shareholder call-in update announcing a signed contract w/ the obligations inherent in said arrangement should one party fail to live up to the agreement. It boggles the mind to think these people can even dress and feed themselves.
The call explicitly stated 975,000 (at a minimum) are to be purchased; with a bulleted graphic listing the details of agreement. $10 profit per unit (could be more) is nearly $10 million spread over a year and a half. And as one poster pointed out it could be front loaded for initial distribution. How often does a company announce a signed contract w/ numbers before it is officially announced via a press release? And the nitwits and boneheads scoff and sneer. Un-effin-believable.

Year ... Sales .........Net Loss
2012 - $500k ........ $2.412 million
2013 - $665k ........ $2.168 million
2014 - $1.289 mil . $2.677 million
2015 - $2.339 mil . $2.469 million
2016 - $2.089 mil . $2.106 million
2017 - $1.763 mil . $2.118 million
2018 - $1.045 mil . $2.988 million
2019 - $941k ........ $2.325 million
2020 - $829k ........ $1.159 million
** (OEM revenue started in Q4 2020)
2021 - $1.609 mil . $289k ........ (first full year of OEM)
2022 - estimate $1.0 million
2023 (projected) - more than $6,000,000 !!!
Ok, now for the hard part; a homework assignment. Using the above info, make a graph. The horiz x-axis is the year and the vertical y-axis is sales (1 to 10, representing millions $$). The first point has coordinates (2012, 500k) or (2012, 0.5 million), then (2013, 0.665). You get the picture, pun intended. Once finished you should see a sharp increase of about 5x-6x from year '22 to '23. A picture is worth a thousand words.
A general shoutout to the many posters who perform all kinds of dd and then share it willingly. The keen observer will notice a pattern. For, example Chanel5 always puts out the latest RRx tweet. Love seeing it. Everyday is different. This savvy and highly efficient twitter campaign contributed to the latest Synergy contract. I expect to see more successes as a result. Or post# 296212 (o.b.) explaining the 'watt vs heat' in relation to the anticipated FDA clearance of the next gen RRx+; valuable info. Follow all links, read, connect the dots, and be thankful they are doing what they do. Even bashturds play a role promoting the company. They would not waste their time on a company w/ no future. They are low-lifes, for sure, but take the positive and ignore the rest.
I can't cover all things in every post. There is so much potential over and above the Synergy contract which I am still struggling with in terms of its sheer size and scope (25 countries) in relation to all other arrangements that have come before - eg - KT, DonJoy, SAI, ... The Synergy deal is about half of all revenues for the previous 9 years, at a minimum. And we are not figuring in anything else (another OEM partner?) that might come along - Insurance coverage, Medicare/aid, VA/DoD, hospital groups, pet market, Allay, stronger (oblong) RRx++, Viant, etc. All this is being handled by seven (7!) employees w/ a generous assist via the Living Soul of Founder Andy Whelan. They deserve and have earned our Respect.
