Go to 0.20-0.24 and you will see him zoom in on the proposed Nano Factory building plot which is to the left/east of the road with the truck traveling down the road. It is still covered in brush, no signs of activity on the plot of land, just AMTRON working on the main roadways by dumping gravel.
