IMO, yes a NDA is required, should we happen to learn of any specific event, it restricts our trading. In no way do I think we are going to be told of contracts, etc. At least not intentionally.......
I believe we would be allowed (with a NDA) to say all is good. But, would that satisfy anyone?? We all want to know everything, contracts, revenues, but even those going aren't going to find that out. Think about some with an NDA that have posted all is good, hang on but more info was wanted. So, you go for yourself.
My purpose for going is to see for myself and not rely on posters that I have believed in the past.
There was no private invitation and all expenses are on me. And, I initiated my visit. Just happened that the timing worked out for me
