Ten years of "serious negotiations" and "almost" deals, JVs, partnerships. Not believable but anyone can say anything in a press release. Yeah that was nothing.
There is no evidence of anything happening with this company. All attention apparently is going north to Alaska and how much time, money has gone down that drain. Lots!
