I don't know if anybody remembers this Company filing bankruptcy K-Mart in 2002 I remember it well I was invested heavy at the time of the filing, I had got lucky and was riding free shares but still it was my profit money.
A long story short K-Mart done away with all the shares delisted but came back with a new symbol all new shares with all new investors. Everyone lost it all our shares were worthless, and was all done legally
It can happen in any of the companies we gamble in, its something we all should consider when doing our trading
By the way the investors were
