1) complete joke of an agreement with multiple obvious errors - FACT (that it is full of errors is an easily observable fact, I suppose you could choose to infer that Squires and Balchin are both completely incompetent rather than that the agreement is a joke - your get to pretty much the same place either way, however)
2) defaulted on almost immediately - FACT
3) no evidence the full initial license fee has even been paid - FACT
