I think you are responding to the part of my original post I deleted.
I never saw my trade go through because the purchase price reported on my app was .0001 higher than shown on the scrolling trades going through, which is why I was wondering.
But, the trade confirmation now was for the "correct" price, so I deleted that part of my post. I deleted it because I figured out what they did.
As to your question, I put in my order for .0001 higher than the ask. (Really just too lazy to change it downward to the ask, even though my order was out to the .0001 place, not a round number). However, the trade that entered was .00043 less than my limit order. Appears my order went out to the 5th place, but was reported to the 4th place, rounded down on the scrolling trades and my trade confirmation, but rounded up on my trading application.
