Wait...what? Really? No response from the missing person? Who would have thought that would happen, given his devotion to his loyal shareholders?
Sorry. Scumbag, plain and simple. Anyone with an iota of self-respect or dignity would have stepped up, and either taken the heat, or explained why he should not be the object of derision. I cannot imagine why anyone aware of any of this possibly could defend or excuse his conduct.
