Nobody knows shit about the SP so it's pointless to keep guessing... If that isn't clear by now I am not sure what is?
What's also clear is you aren't going to hear EXACTLY whats going on and the relationship with the FDA etc etc. The new MGMT team clearly has established what the communication path is now and they are sticking to it consistently.
