Looks to be a simple shelf registration legally clearing a bunch of investors to be able to sell (or not) if they so wish. In my mind this is just a check the box thing required by the SEC when a large block of shares may (or may not) eventually be sold. Imo a nothing burger unless someone can enlighten me otherwise.
The more interesting part is trying to tie posters here to the holders listed
. Some heavy hitters there! Gotta say I’m jealous.
This doesn’t change anything re what we all know the total authorised shares currently are and what it likely will be after 8/31.
