Well Mark told me where he is from and it isn’t

Well Mark told me where he is from and it isn’t NYC or the suburbs of NYC. For his locale his salary is respectable. This goes to my point of opportunity or lack thereof and doing what one needs to to be in a higher income bracket. Can I completely fault him? I can see more than one perspective and 100% no I can’t. I do work for people in a high income area most of whom I will never meet in person. I am more of a figment of their imagination. However in my locale what I do works however if I were in that high income area it wouldn’t. If I could triple my salary and stay in my locale and it were permissible would I step on a few people to do so? Lord only knows.
