I have a special reason to not eat plant based. I am on a Keto diet to keep my blood sugar lower, I am diabetic. The grains are real bad for diabetics. I will say an Impossible Burger is higher carbs than a real burger, but the plant part is higher on protein and some of the carbs removed. But, still higher carbs than a real burger.
