I would like to know where we stand with the Amare

I would like to know where we stand with the Amarex data. Have we finished going through it? Is it salvageable? Can we not talk about it because it's in a court case? We have told about two conferences in 8 months and nothing about what is going on with our Amarex case. For us giving management 550 million shares it might be nice to know at least where we stand.
