Emmitt: The fact that you would insinuate that the lawyers for either Amarex or CYDY are jerking the clients off so they can raise their billable hours is really lowest common denominator kind of thinking.
As sean007 said, if both sides want it over with quickly, it can be over with quickly. If one side tells their lawyer they don't want to settle, even if their lawyer tells them it would be in their best interest to do so, the client doesn't have to listen to their lawyer.
Don't be blaming the lawyers for this screw up that includes blame on both sides.
