She's right about asking about why NO 8-K if that contract status with that state has changed materially? It was most of the company's revenue for last 5 years.
Don't you think shareholders would have liked to know about any material change in the company's revenue source within 4-5 days of that change.
Maybe we'll get a tweet update on that Rhode Island contract for bus stop ad revenue since SEC allows twitter for updating shareholders now.
