Better than the quarter pounders ? So years ago I move out to Rapid City and go fishing in the hills. I caught 2 rainbow trout that I doubt weigher a half pound and threw them back. A week later my new neighbors came over to show me the rainbow trout they caught. Most we smaller than mine. I did not know that rainbows are almost all meat and in the mountain streams and lakes , the one I caught were above average. The locals laughed and this dumb Minnesota man.
