There is a reason that company is not a financially reporting company, does not trade on the open market, and the price has been stuck, (down over 99.99%) for months at .0002 and the boards for the company have minimal posts.
People are not interested in investing in a known scammer like Micah. Just Google, micah and SEC fraud.
Though his "affiliates" say "liable for fraud" is not the same as "guilty".
Okay. Sure.
But if you get excited about losing 99.99% of your investment, EXPL may be the company for you.
